The hostel had a convenient location, with close proximity to both the airport and the town center. It was also within walking distance to amenities such as the Poas Nacional Park bus. There was a place to eat and have a drink upstairs, and the hostel provided hot water for showers. The staff was pleasant and informative.

The common spaces were lacking, with no good common areas to hang out in.
